Two examples are Stephen Rumsey, who was recently promoted to Warehouse Supervisor, providing valuable support to Mark Quadling, Thetford’s Operations Manager; and Liam Betts who joins the sales team.

Jane continues: “Stephen is versatile in his role and is a great example of the importance of internal promotions and development to support our continuing growth and expansion plans.

“We arrange on-site training with manufacturers and encourage our teams to learn from more experienced colleagues, while also providing the opportunity for our salespeople to build their overall understanding by familiarising themselves with Operations. This breeds a culture of learning and continuous improvement, which ultimately benefits our customers.

“Our newest recruit to the Internal Sales team, Liam Betts, is rapidly developing in his product knowledge and customer service skills and integrating with the knowledgeable and cohesive team already in place. Everybody is keen to expand their know-how into new areas, with versatility and teamwork ensuring that our people provide collective expertise across the interior solutions envelope.”
