The 100-acre site is already becoming one of the region’s most strategic and significant industrial and logistics parks and a key hub for local business.
The specialist sub-contractor, Roskel Contracts, chose Nevill Long Thetford for the supply of suspended ceilings and partition walls, which were fitted in the office space above the warehouse building, initially in Plot 4. Following the completion of the initial stage on time and to an excellent standard, Roskel Contracts was chosen by the main contractor, Readie Construction, to fit out the interiors of another nine plots, also supplied by Thetford.
The complete interior fit out included a full specification of British Gypsum drywall partitioning systems, and Zentia Hygiene and Ceramaguard suspended ceiling systems, as well as products from leading insulation brands such as Rockwool and Isover.
The project was successfully completed to specification and without delays, with materials supplied promptly and in full. There were initial concerns that it may be a challenge to get materials to site, and sometimes at short notice, but the close working relationship at every stage between Nevill Long Thetford, Roskel Contracts and our manufacturer partners ensured materials arrived directly to site, on time, every time.

Horizon 120 was completed in May 2023. The Business Park spans 750,000 sq ft of industrial, office and logistics units, with dedicated parking and landscaped grounds overlooking the countryside.
