An apprenticeship is a qualification that enables students of any age to enter or stay in the world of work, while earning a decent wage and learning new skills alongside experienced employees.
Apprenticeships mix on-the-job training with classroom learning, providing the skills needed for a chosen career that will also lead to nationally recognised qualifications. This means you can earn while you learn, without student loans piling up. They typically last between one and five years.
We are open to taking people on an apprenticeship for most roles, including in the warehouse and sales office. To find out more, contact hr@encon.co.uk
