Flexiseal Pro Primer is a two-pack solvent free black liquid modified epoxide surface conditioner that can be applied to damp surfaces. Designed for use in conjunction with Flexiseal Pro. All surfaces should be sealed with one single coat of Flexiseal Pro Primer, to condition the substrate and aid adhesion of the coating.
