ITP Safe One FR A2 Breather Membrane

Safe One is a Class A2 (A-s1, d0) non-combustible breather membrane, independently tested to EN 13501-1 it is especially suited to 18m+ high-rise and high-risk builds (11m+ in Scotland). Winner of the 2022 CIBSE Façade & Design Engineering awards this breather membrane can be used within enclosed walls or on partially open facades with gaps between the cladding up to a maximum of 50mm. 

• Compliant with UK Building Regulations Approved Document B
• Superior W1 water resistance. W2 membranes would need to be temporarily protected to stop rain penetrating the membrane and allowing in damp.
• High UV resistance. Can be used on partially open facades with gaps up to 50mm
• Glue cartridge and tinned glue to seal. Tested as a system along with the adhesive.
• CE approval
