Our business achieved Bronze and Silver in 2022 with a 100% pass rate, and in a relatively short period of time, various departments have introduced new methodologies and improved upon several current practices to make the leap from Silver to Gold.
FORS, the National Fleet Operator Recognition Scheme, allows us to measure our standards against industry best practice and reinforces Encon’s commitment to compliance and safety. The achievement also demonstrates to customers and suppliers that Encon is an excellent operator and surpasses industry operator standards.
Only a small proportion of FORS operators are awarded Gold which includes setting benchmarks and surpassing targets in operational management, professional development and initiatives in environmental and sustainability planning.
