The high performance dry screed overlay. The boards are 20mm thick overall, comprising of two 10mm fermacell® boards. fermacell® 2E11 flooring overlay is laid over the compound to provide a stable floor, which most flooring finishes can be installed. For warm water underfloor heating systems, fermacell® 2E11 offers the ideal solution; providing the fast response times not possible with concrete screed, coupled with the rapid installation of a dry flooring system. To level uneven solid masonry or timber floors, fermacell® dry levelling compound is poured and levelled over the uneven floor and the fermacell® 2E11 boards can be installed over the top.
